Social Impact
Auxilium CIC reinvests 100% of its profits back into community initiatives.
Collaboration for greater impact
We are committed to reinvesting our profits into the heart of our communities by establishing Community Hubs in every town we serve. These hubs are designed to be more than just physical spaces—they will be vibrant centres of connection, growth, and support. They will serve as an open, stigma-free environment where people from all backgrounds can gather, share meals, learn together, and access support without judgement.
Key Features of Our Community Hubs:
Homelessness Prevention Workshops:
Practical, proactive support to help individuals at risk of homelessness access resources, understand their rights, and find sustainable solutions before crisis point is reached.
Life Skills and hobbies:
Workshops and one-on-one sessions covering budgeting, cooking, job readiness, tenancy management, digital literacy, art workshops and mental health awareness—equipping people with the tools they need to thrive independently.
Food Bank:
Each Auxilium Community Hub is designed to be a safe, welcoming space where individuals and families can access vital support and connect with their community. Our Food Bank services to help individuals and families facing food insecurity
Community Café:
A welcoming, inclusive space offering affordable food and drink, staffed in part by those we support—creating training and employment opportunities while bringing people together in a warm, stigma-free environment.
Our Partners
At Auxilium Community Housing CIC, we recognise that we cannot operate in a silo. Real, lasting change happens through collaboration. That’s why we actively engage with local charities, voluntary organisations, and community groups to strengthen and support both our services and the broader ecosystem of care.
By working hand in hand with those on the ground, we ensure our tenants are not only housed but truly supported, connected, and uplifted.
Enhance the support available to our tenants through shared knowledge, resources, and services.
Build a network of care that extends beyond housing, fostering long-term wellbeing, stability, and inclusion.
Champion a community-first approach—placing the needs of our tenants at the centre while empowering the wider community to thrive.
